Patients should be aware that fees will be charged for services not covered by the NHS e.g. private certificates, reports, insurance claims etc.

Medical reports and examinations for insurance are usually paid for by the insurer unless stated on the documentation received by insurance provider. 

Fees will be charged for holiday cancellation paperwork, private letters and firearms licences.

All requests need to be put in writing and these requests will be dealt with within 4 weeks.
